Andrew G. Bridge
Mr. Bridge works primarily with criminal defendants facing anything from C Misdemeanors to Measure 11 Felonies. He spends most of his days inside of a courtroom, making him very comfortable if your case needs to go to trial.
Mr. Bridge also works with individuals who would like Wills and Trusts executed. Estate Planning can be intimidating, but Mr. Bridge will work with you every step of the way to ensure the process is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Prior to becoming an associate at the firm, Mr. Bridge was a Certified Clerk for almost two years, where he represented hundreds of criminal defendants in various stages of their cases.
Client charged with Measure 11 Sex Offense with a presumptive prison sentence if convicted. Client denied the allegations and requested a trial. At trial, Mr. Bridge argued that the allegations were unsupported by the evidence and his client was acquitted of all charges.
Client charged with DUII - Controlled Substance. Mr. Bridge was able to quickly determine that the state's allegation of intoxication was not supported by the evidence. At trial, Mr. Bridge was able to show that his client was not intoxicated and his client was acquitted by the judge.
Client charged with a driving-related offense. After analyzing the case, Mr. Bridge was able to determine that the stop of his client was unlawful. At a suppression hearing, Mr. Bridge successfully argued his theory resulting in his client's case being dismissed.
